Synopsis

The mayor, who is hoping for re-election, isn’t impressed with the surrounding atmosphere and wants things to quiet down. He makes a deal with Slimane and Majid, two small-time crooks converted for the occasion into pseudo-imams. The latter promise that if given grants, they will ensure order until the elections by recruiting young unemployed people. However, the young people in question prefer to attend the concert being given by Rapioriental, the Rai group formed by Rachid and Cheb Krimo.
