Synopsis

"Chickpeas" is the story of three young friends, Raffi, Paul, and Ohan, who have escaped the Lebanese civil war and are now residing in Los Angeles alongside their relatives. Overwhelmed with Raffi's enthusiasm and ambition, yet confused with their new surroundings, they set themselves up to pursue the American dream. As the simple dream unfolds, complications arise within the relationships, amongst friends, the relatives, and the love interests.
