Synopsis
Edmund, a young boy who lives in the devastated Germany after the 2nd World War, has to do all kinds of work and tricks to provide food for his barely surviving family. One day, he meets a man who used to be one of his school teachers and hopes to get support from him. However, this manâs ways do not lead Edmund to a clearer or safer path.
