Synopsis
The Dutch embassy in Lebanon, under the leadership of Hester Somsen, has the difficult mission to encourage stability in a country where ISIS is rattling at the gates, where there is no president and the huge stream of refugees from neighboring country Syria undermines the country and introduces problems of radicalization.
