Strapped for cash, and inspired by a visit from the Chippendale's dancers to their own town, six out-of-work steel workers try to improve their dire financial circumstances by forming a very unlikely strip act. Robert Carlyle stars as Gaz, a 30-year old wild card who drags his best friend, Dave, their old foreman Gerald, a well-endowed handyman, and an "old geezer" who dances a mean funky chicken into his-strip-for-cash scheme. Together they prepare a sexy dance routine to the sound of Donna Summer, Garry Glitter, Sister Sledge and Tom Jones, as they gear themselves up to go for the "full monty" (completely naked).
